We have been here several times. The food and service is always excellent with generous portions. 24.07.22 Edit to add: yesterday we went there for my birthday. I was excited to enjoy their cuisine again. Honestly Surprised: we ordered papadum, garlic na’an and two vegetarian entrees. We received our drinks and the papadum within 20 minutes, but then waited over an hour for our food. No one ever came back to see if we wanted another beer. And the food was disappointing. Although the sauces were tasty, the peas and carrots were obviously frozen/defrosted. It would have been nice if they had given us the naan we had ordered, so we’d have something to munch on while waiting for our entrees. The...
We waited for 2 hours and a half for our food. We waited one hour just for the menu, even when we asked for it 3 times und when our food finally come, they forgot to prepare the rice, so we wait for it 20 minutes more. They also didn’t have the dish that I ordered und then a man came for asking to order another dish without telling that they didn’t have what I wanted.
Very nice Indian food, lovely chef, nice location. Prices are pretty high, but okay for the quality. Unfortunately, the utter lack of experience and professionality of the service staff kills all the positive aspects. My recommendation: Do come here for dinner, but only if you have a lot of time and patience
Great food, very tasty! Wonderful decor, Close to HB. Sadly can't honestly recommend it anymore...reserved a table for two, ended up paying CHF 45 for a buffet. Food was tasty, but at least CHF 15 overpriced. Too bad! Can recommend Radio Mumbai in St. Gallen!
