The staff member at the counter was very enthusiastic about packing everything separately, ensuring that it stayed nice and crispy by the time I got home. I ordered Paav Bhaaji, and it was absolutely delicious. The Raj Kachori was both crispy and soft by the time I arrived home, and it tasted great as well.
