Bombay Velvet - Table reservation

As an Indian from India, I can say that this restaurant sets the standard. The food is impeccable and full of taste. It is not bland, it is not excessively seasoned – and portion sizes are simply perfect. The menu as a whole is extremely creatively full of diversity. A visit will not cover it, we have to come back for more! The service is also beautiful, so attentive, not rushed at all. The same applies to ambience, very beautiful! Our compliments to the chef of the entire team. We can't wait to come back.

The ambience is breathtaking. The attention to detail, the weighty copper cutlery, the luxurious sofas, the beautiful chandeliers all contribute to an upscale culinary experience. The cocktails are wonderful, although a bit too expensive, the food is good, but the portions are miniscule and the quality is on average compared to any other upscale Indian restaurant in the area or in DC. The device is good and family-friendly. Overall a beautiful experience, knocked a star for overstressing

My first visit to Bombay Samt. The ambience looked cool with contemporary ambience. The food was very delicious. Tried malai chap, paneer tikka, dal makhni, veg biryani, aloo gobi and gulab jamoon tried old fashion and margarita. Good family restaurant!

Pooja and Lama were the best waitress and bartender combo! I had such a great experience with Bombay velvet! The lamb corma and saag lamb were absolutely amazing! We enjoyed our drinks so much that we always try different! I can't wait to come back!

Very fine collection of drinks and Indian fare. Every item we ordered was up to the mark and beyond. Service was decent. Prices are on the high side but expected, given the location, quality and ambiance.
