Bad service: table for 9 for dinner but with free tables around us. It takes them half an hour to bring us a menu (because we specifically asked for it by not bringing it) and another 20 to place our order (drinks included, when it usually comes first). We see all the tables with fondue around us but they don't have any, they don't have half of the things on the menu that we see on other people's tables. The wine is served with the bottle open (13.50 per bottle). We asked for bread several times and it didn't arrive... Normal quality but the price is not appropriate.
The tapas are good... In addition, the cook was kind enough to make us dinner a little before the kitchen was supposed to open. They have a menu of 4 tapas goat cheese and fruit salad entrecote (average) on the stone with potatoes, all to share for 2 people) €36 They have many tapas to snack on from €2... although for dinner, it is impossible to go out for less than €15 per head (without dessert), which from what you can see, is the average cost of eating in Benasque. And as a last remark, one more waiter is needed!
We went to eat with the children and the feeling shortly after entering was we made a mistake . They are disorganized in the service, and the food is only passable. The croquettes will be homemade but frozen inside... the tomato millefeuille salad is a salad of 5 slices of tomato (not millefeuille) and lettuce... The service, as I said at the beginning, DISORGANIZED AND SLOW. Too bad I won 't be back
They deceived me saying that I would work all Easter and I did not have to pay for accommodation and I almost have to pay them after having to spend money that I did not have to travel the almost 1,000 km that separates this beautiful mountain pass from my home. The village is highly recommended, but this restaurant is not.
