Perhaps the decline in quality can be attributed to a staffing shortage, as there seemed to be only one server tending to several tables during our visit. Although the restaurant wasn’t busy—just five or six tables occupied—the lone server appeared overwhelmed. While other staff members delivered food, overall, it felt like the service was lacking, and I can't help but wonder if this contributed to the dip in the restaurant's standards.

There are few restaurants that seem to encompass everything that any person might want, and do it so masterfully. Bonefish Grill seems to be one of those few locations. I have gone here many times, and each time is nothing short of a 5 Star experience. Waiters and waitresses are nice and friendly, the place always seems to be spotless, and seating is always plentiful. Even if I had to wait 30+ mins, there is nice outside seating for waiting guests. However, there were some issues. My wife ordered her steak medium, but it arrived well done. Additionally, her salad wasn’t served until she was nearly finished with her meal, despite her having asked for it a second time when our food was delivered. The waitress didn’t check in on us during our meal either. When the salad finally did arrive, we declined it and requested to speak with our waitress. Instead, a manager came over to address our concerns.

This was our first visit in about five years, and we decided to go early at 4:30 to avoid the crowds, which turned out to be a great decision. There were six of us, and we managed to grab a tall table in the bar area. The restaurant was packed by the time we left at 6:30. The drinks were great, the service was outstanding, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. My wife chose a tuna sashimi dish, while I opted for a tuna poke bowl after hearing good things about it from family. As big fans of sushi and sashimi, we both really enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be back!

Went there with a group of about 16. Food was good with just one comment. I ordered the Florida Cobb Salad. It was “supposed” to have mango and blue cheese. To say I had to search for either is a gross understatement. I expected slices or, at least, small chunks of mango. What I got was mango so microscopically minced, it was almost impossible to find or taste it. The blue cheese was the same. Disappointing. My husband got steak and wood grilled shrimp. He really enjoyed his meal.Bang Bang Shrimp was also good.
Dined alone for lunch today. Had the grilled Chilean sea bass w asparagus spinach in a white cream sauce as sides. The fish was cooked perfectly and the spinach was remarkably good. It was mid afternoon and while there were plenty of folks in the restaurant, it felt calm and un-rushed. I’ll admit that it was a little pricey for a Saturday lunch, but I don’t mind when the food is skillfully prepared with quality ingredients. (Sorry I took a bite before I thought to take a picture. We were seated right away and our server was very attentive. She made a couple of wine recommendations-which we took and enjoyed. We ordered a couple of appetizers and they were on point. Only negative was I ordered the shrimp skewers and scallops but the shrimp were very over done. Other than that everything was good!
Bonefish Grill consistently delivers quality food at every location, and the one in Bel Air is no exception. While they are facing staffing challenges like many restaurants these days, the team here performs exceptionally well.

We had a fantastic dining experience on Friday night, with delicious food and excellent service. The drink I ordered was truly delightful, and the video captures the beautiful smoke rising from the glass.
We loved the beef and ginger pot stickers. The pumpkin ravioli was delicious. We ended with the pumpkin lava cake which was a little dry but still tasty.
