We usually love this restaurant, however, went there yesterday to celebrate our anniversary and ordered our favorite dish which is the cod imperial. When the plates arrived, the cod was almost blackened with seasoning which has never happened before, we asked the manager what they could to to correct it and she had them make another which meant we sat another 20 min.. when this dish came back, there was very little imperial on the top, it was so disappointing. We will never go back on a Monday.
We had a very nice dinner, served by a very nice young lady named Sarah. I unfortunately left my credit card there. While trying to locate my lost card, I spoke with the manager Katie who was also very nice, and informed me they had found my card. Overall, the folks, the food and the experience was great at this Bonefish. Oh yeah, don't forget to try the Key Lime cake. It was wonderful ?.
This is by far the best chain restaurant I've been to! I had the lobster for my birthday dinner with my family, and they even treated me to a complimentary dessert. We chose the brownie with vanilla ice cream, and it was warm and delicious! Overall, I've consistently been satisfied with Bonefish Grill, and I've dined at many different places over the years.
We absolutely love the beef and ginger potstickers, and my wife can't get enough of the bang bang shrimp. We're really satisfied with nearly everything. Unfortunately, we had to rate it slightly lower this time—four stars instead of five—because the bread was stale and not fresh. Aside from that, my wife and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Book a table now
The food and service is always outstanding at Bonefish. I love the variety of seafood dishes, but even their chicken, fontina pork chop and burger is great. You also receive complimentary bread with an oil/pesto mixture. The staff is also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and gives you space.
Particularly for a chain we find this place pretty great and we are pretty picky. The restaurant is nice inside, staff are attentive and the food has been consistently good. They also make good cocktails. We go here from time to time for a little variety. I would definitely recommend it.
Love your beef and ginger potter and my wife loves the bang bang shrimp we are so happy with almost everything unfortunately fell short of usual 5 stars because of bread was stale and not fresh, except that I and my wife enjoyed this place a lot.
we had the imperial dip cup that was fantastic and generous, at least when we were divided between 2 people. the garnel and scallop Sampi special was also quite good. the service was excellent, and our server took care of us. food: 4/5 Book a table now
Nice atmosphere. The staff was courteous and helpful. They were not pushy or rushing us. The food was flavorful and fully cooked. The Caesar salad was a little bland but fresh. The restaurant was clean.
