Here’s the short version: don’t ever come here. Here’s the long version: I brought my family here for a big celebration and it could not have been worse. To start, the service was terrible. We had a reservation for 8:30 and were not brought to our seat until 9:15. At that point, the people who escorted us there informed us that in fact the table was not ready. So we stood awkwardly while they got the table ready. Once we got seated, the service alternated between bad and nonexistent. I expressed surprise that there was only one New Zealand sauv blanc. The waiter rudely disagreed and said I was misreading the menu. Lo and behold, there was only one new zealend sauv blanc. He did not apologize...
Being that thus place is high dollar. I have to be a little more critical. We have been here several times. It's solid, and somewhere you want to check off the bucket list. That said, for the price I would give the food 4 stars. Steaks for good, sides are solid and desserts, you can skip those. Not worth the money. The servers have been there forever and know things backwards and forwards. All good there. I really like this place. But it ain't cheap.
As always the staff at Bone’s exceeded our expectations! Isabelle was extremely helpful in getting the perfect table for our celebration dinner. Jonathan and his team were fantastic. Thanks also to Robert at the bar for taking care of us as our group arrived. Thanks to everyone involved in our visit last night. 5 Stars for sure!!!!
I'd give six stars for the service if I could. I ate in the Bar, there is a Dresscode, and the team at the bar was awesome. Bones will be my first stop in Atlanta every time. The Ribeye was superb, the deserts if you have room are worth every bite. Book a table now
My family and I had a great time! The food was wonderful and the service was amazing. The atmosphere felt peaceful. A special thank you to Derek, Sam, Isabelle, and Jesus for making us feel welcome. Will definitely be back!
The service ambiance at our table was excellent. We went specifically for the lunch burger and it was excellent! As well as the Bones Old Fashioned Pecan pie. Best we've had in a restaurant.
