Bonnie Prince - Table reservation

Went there as a family after a night of shopping to have a nice meal. Arrived around 730 so it wasn't too busy but waited a few minutes to be seated. Have gone there before and enjoyed it but after last night we will not be returning. Waited 50 minutes after ordering to receive our food. Soup of the day had no taste, and no chicken in a chicken noodle soup. Ceaser salad wasn't anything special and the garlic bread was burnt. Hot hamburger was bland, and the poutined fries were cold. Chicken strips and poutine were also cold. Server did not come back to check on us. Stopped here while in Sydney for some shopping - it's just down the road from the mall so perfect distance when shopping. Very large portions, maybe too much to be honest, but the food was good. I eyed up the desserts but didn't have any room for it unfortunately. Our waiter wasn't overly enthusiastic or friendly... he just did his bare minimum but there seemed to be plenty of other servers who seemed very upbeat and personal with their customers.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was attentive, I had a wrap with mashed potatoes. Serving was large and tasty. The place is pretty dark! Not sure if that's on purpose but it definitely isn't my preference!
