The food is good so don't get me wrong, the stars are based on the business. On 7/16/23, they lost my wife's order when there were only 2 other people waiting. My son has allergies to egg and they were asked to provide a plain bagel in a separate bag but instead they placed it into a bag that contained bagels with egg.
The place is so slow and they over cooked everything. They didn't even get the order correct. Asked for scrambled eggs and bacon eggs were not scrambled and they were dry and bacon was over cooked hash brown's were soggy and terrible ? never again
Great bagels, great pork roll and chesse but slow but sometimes good things are worth the wait. Prices are on par with other bagel places
Best bagels and wonderful staff!! Adity was very friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend!
