I had a rather uncomfortable experience when I went to the bathroom and unexpectedly had someone walk in on me. I informed the staff about the situation, and their response was, "there is only one key." If that's the case, how was I able to get in? I believe the restroom door should have an auto-lock feature that can only be opened with a key, which would prevent such incidents in the future. When I attempted to discuss this matter directly, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the staff, which only added to my embarrassment. This experience definitely warrants further escalation.
Always get a great smoothie and wrap from this location. But the reason for my 2 star review is not due to the quality of the food.September 1st 11:40am 2023.There was some sort of management meeting happening when we arrived. We were quickly and efficiently helped by one of the girls there.However, the way the manger was addressing her employees and her demeanour in how she communicated was appalling. I would have quit on the spot.
I had the worst smoothie I've ever experienced at Booster Juice. The photo was taken before I took any sips, and I paid for a regular smoothie but didn’t even get a full one. I wanted to order a wrap or sandwich too, but the grills hadn’t been turned on yet. Overall, the smoothie was terrible—more like juice than anything else. I'm very disappointed.
Typically we enjoy booster juice but your team really missed the mark on this order. 3 smoothie none of which were blended properly, ingredients missing and the drinks were melted and had to started separate. Very disappointing! The picture shown is a chunk of kale that was not blended.

I usually visit this restaurant during the busy lunch hour. What impresses me about this place is that even though there are usually only 2 or 3 staff members working, they are able to handle the rush efficiently.
I have consistently had a great experience at this particular Booster Juice over the years! I wonder if the owners have remained the same.
I had couple of different Juice and it was great with very good service.I went with my friend and all enjoyed it.
