When we pulled up I had very high hopes for the place, because the pit was smoking. When I walked in, I was immediately hit with the smell of a seafood market. It seems that maybe they want to be a seafood restaurant that has bbq instead of a bbq restaurant that sells fish. The slaw was ok and the potato salad is most likely from a container. My wife’s okra was so salty you couldn’t eat it. Now I’m getting ahead of myself. When they brought out our bbq plates from a “mom and pop” restaurant then set down on the table to go packs of sweet baby rays bbq sauce made in Chicago. I knew I was at the wrong place.
