Today is the second time in a row that I order take out and I am missing something in my order. Borders needs to put a process in place where someone checks that everything is in the bag. It is very upsetting to get home and not have your full dish. Last time I was missing the cold side of my fajitas (pico, sour cream and cheese), so literally they just gave me meat and tortillas. Today, I am missing the tortillas. And I don’t have tortillas at home so now here I am... Honestly. It will just take a minute for some to confirm the order is complete and it would make situations like this non-existent.
Came here for Cinco De Mayo and was excited about it. Was happy we got seated right away, but now I know why. The table we got seated at hadn’t been wiped off well, there was still food on it. Margaritas barely had a booze in them. Chips came out hot, and guac was fresh, but the salsa left much to be desired. Waitress was nice, but when we got our food, it was cold. Tacos were bland, cold and soggy. We were disappointed and won’t be back. I remember this place being better, granted that was years ago. Save your money and go somewhere else
Food quality has really declined. Chicken enchiladas were dry, chicken inside looked pulled instead of whole. Jambalaya was dry and crusty.Everything seemed like it was yesterday's meal and microwaved. Server was nice, but please, if you're serving a beer, bring the customer a glass with it. Also, I know management wants to push the alcohol, but you don't need a ton of sea salt on the nachos.
Glad they added French Quarter chicken back to the menu. The flavor was all there, but they switched to deep fried tenders. It's a step down from the grilled chicken breast from before.They still offer a blacken chicken breast so there is no reason they cannot do the original.No we just need the crawfish etouffe to come back!!

Mother's Day family meal. Two mothers present. Delicious food, large portions. Efficient and attentive wait staff. Nice for 5 of us to be at a round table and not packed into a booth.
Took a long time for the food to arrive and wait staff is too busy at times. Food is great and very affordable.
There was some confusion about which server had our table. Once that was established she was excellent.
