I enjoyed sitting at the harbour overlooking the sailboats. the service was good at first. our jakobsmuschel appetizer was very good, but then something went wrong. we waited another 45 minutes to get our main meal. I like that they can choose their supplements. the dorschfilet was in order, but impregnated in an ordinary sauce. my zanderfilet was very dry without butter sauce. I also picked out a series of bones that I don't like. my man had all the fish that was in order. we ordered dessert - the restaurant was almost empty - but it took 25 minutes to get dessert - what it was not worth. the dessert was overpriced and very common. I would come back for the jacobs, but not much!
Der Besuch lohnt sich! Kommen oft aus Hamburg angereist. Das Borwin ist für uns ein MUSS in Rostock. Sehr gemütliches Ambiente, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Speisen- und Getränkeangebot auf hohem Niveau! Es ist immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Auch bei wachsender Konkurrenz werden wir das Borwin weiterhin sehr gern besuchen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.
Auch diesmal vom Eintreffen bis zum Verlassen des Restaurants waren wir sehr zufrieden. Freundlich am Empfang und bei der Bestellung, die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Dankeschön für einen gelungenen Abend
in a rather boring and quiet part of the harbour area we found this little jewel of a fish restaurant. they have a huge menu with many own specialties. beautiful wine card. the place is very full, so absolutely reserve a table.

Woman and I appeared against 18 o'clock without reservation and could find a table for two people in a full night. a very popular place for the locals. the food was excellent and the service was right. very friendly staff.
We celebrated our children's wedding and would like to thank you for an unforgettable evening. Great food and super nice team, if I could, I would forgive 10 stars. DANKING
