This restaurant is a complete disaster! I drove over 45 minutes to pick up food for my family, calling an hour in advance because they needed time to prepare my potato pita. When I arrived after an hour, I was told that my order hadn't been made because the paper it was written on had been "tossed". Even though I was told it could be made in 15 minutes, I had ordered krompirusa which takes time to prepare. The young man at the counter apologized but didn't offer anything to make up for the inconvenience. They missed out on a $100 order. This place should be closed down due to their terrible customer service!
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and tastes authentic! I adore the chevapi and the hamburger, which are the only dishes I have tried, but I have had them multiple times because they are so good. The meat is flavorful and I particularly enjoy the homemade cheese spread and bread. I usually get takeout for lunch and have never had any issues with the service. It's a great spot for takeout, lunch, or a casual dinner.
Ordered food worth over $60 the person that took our order said we will have to wait 45 min no problem we know the food has to be prepared and is fresh! Drove for almost an hour to this location so that we can eat here again and the person that took our order simply said “we lost the paper” would you like to wait again for us to make it? So who did we talk to on the phone that was taking our order when it vanished into thin air?
I had a wonderful experience at the new Bosnian halal restaurant yesterday evening. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted by the owner with a big smile. The place was impeccably clean and the food was ready to eat. Most importantly, the food was incredibly delicious! I highly recommend the Bosnian halal restaurant and would give it a perfect score of 10 stars. Best wishes to the new owner!

During my initial visit, I sampled the Goulash, chicken sandwich, stuffed hamburger, and meat pie at this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed every dish and would be eager to try more options on my next visit. I highly recommend this place for its delicious flavors, generous portions, and excellent service.
