I've eaten here a couple of times now. Every couple of years I keep thinking I'll give it another chance for some reason. For a burger specific restaurant, the burgers themselves aren't very good. The over the top accompaniments are pretty well executed, if you don't mind the eccentric, but the actual patties are bland tasting and easily overwhelmed. They have a single style of bun, that's also kind of flabby and tasteless. The sweet potato fries are surprisingly good though, even if they end up feeling more like dessert, from the maple mayo. This isn't a bad place exactly, just very mediocre.
Food is terrible here. Buns aren’t warm. They’re cold. Burger is supposed to be well-done. Definitely not well done once you start eating. Waiter never checked on me in regards to “food quality”. Honestly had to pay cash because I would have probably disputed the credit card transaction due to being highly disappointed. They’re only good for their shakes. Would definitely not recommend for a burger joint in Boston.
I order or come here pretty regularly and always order the mozzarella sticks. They used to be one of the best in the city. Without warning (or a cheaper price) they went from being a large serving of 10 perfect sticks to 4 repulsive logs that you could use to start a camp fire. They were disgusting, I couldn’t even finish it one. It was like biting into a lukewarm block of goo.
Amazing burger menu with a wide selection. I had and would recommend the 'Wicked Hot ' burger, which is made with the house 's hotmess sauce. It was delicious, and adding Tabasco sauce made it even better. If you 're torn between choosing a burger and need some guidance, ask for Juliet.

this burger could be 70% of this quality and size and id still give BBC 5 stars. how is this meal $4.20 in 2024. you deserve the world for feeding me for 2 meals with a $5 bill. please do not change. i would be devastated if this became 70% of what it was theatrics!!!!
Stopped in this place with some co-workers while in Boston for work. It was all our first time coming here, so we decided to 3 of their signature sandwiches all were delicious although a bit messy. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in Boston.
The food is good compared to the rest of Boston, but any burger place that makes you pay $7 extra for fries doesn't deserve anything more than 3 stars. The continued use of paper straws is annoying as well. Service is excellent though.
Food was OK, service was comparatively much better. Burgers were dry and the buns were cold. Chips were baked which meant it was pretty dry too. All made the lemonade taste better!!

Asked for medium, got a griddle kissed burger that was completely red inside. Had to cook it on the stove myself. Hope I don't get sick. 1 star
We had a craving for some over-the-top milkshakes, and that's exactly what we got. Delicious!
