Boston Market - Table reservation

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was awful and the food was even worse. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but the bread was hard. When I pointed this out to the staff, I was met with a very rude attitude. The chicken looked suspicious; it was pulled from a warmer box and should have raised an immediate red flag. It had a strange yellow color and didn’t resemble the picture at all. After taking just two bites, I ended up throwing the rest away. Frustrated, I left and drove to McDonald's instead. We had only come to use our last gift card, and I’m grateful that this will be the last time we visit this establishment. If the parking lot is completely empty during peak dinn...

eating in the boston market is very bad. I will never return. I only have a Burbside folder that was totally rubbish. burning chicken, washed soggy vegetables with no color at all. I got so many bad meals. I'll never be back. $35 wasted. even the dog will not eat it

I made my father a healthy meal for my birthday, and he really enjoyed it. He thought there might have been a bit too much herbs on the salad, but he loved it nonetheless. The brownie we had for dessert was amazing, and we also enjoyed an apple cake that day.

The service was excellent. The cashiers and cooks were very friendly. The food was served hot and was delicious. Once again, the service was outstanding.

They always burn the chicken. Vegetables looked washed out.
