Boston Market - Table reservation

I know, I'm sorry pretty late. I just wanted Boston Market to know they had a great team here. I made an error online order Thanksgiving Day Food and the date changed until the day after. While I checked out online, I forgot to check the date and when I went to pick up my lunch on Thanksgiving day, they said I had ordered the wrong day. I was so embarrassed. But they told me to wait and they would see what they could do. I might wait 15 minutes. And then they came out and explained that they had to cancel the other order and brought me EXACTLY out what I ordered. They accused me there and saved my food. I was so humble and grateful for her understanding and generosity and kindness, ESPECIALL...

Every restaurant in the world should come to this special Boston Market and watch how absolutely pleasant, happy, team work ethics all these employees were in their. Even by the rush they were still very nice and smiled and greeted everyone. If a restaurant is learning what customer service is and how to treat a customer, then they should take lessons from all employees who work here. Great job guys

christina is wonderful- this person needs an increase or a bonus for the over and beyond. in today's labour market (especially restaurants) it is the oasis in a desert. very a leader. please eat them at this place and if you work christina, you will take care of it. thank you christina- up and up

Had a great lunch here today! The staff was quite nice and friendly, the food was plentiful and marked when it was not available. Restaurant was tidy, clean and looked pretty nice. Customers were loud idiots talking between tables. I'd like to eat here again if I'm in the area.

Great chicken. Corn bread is unmatched. Recommend as a snack or a meal, sides are good for a mid day snack and chicken/entrees fill you up easy.
