I'm sorry to say that eating was really disappointing. we haven't been to boston market for years. I liked to remember the maisbrot when I was on college, but it was half as big, stale and tasteless. the hunch on the sandwich was unimaginable. unfortunately we will not go back.
The worst meatloaf sandwich I ever had. And I ate my wife's for 30 years. Slimy with lettuce and tomato, why? Week old cheese I guess. Got two sides had to go back for a fork. Twice the price that is on the web. And the employees act like someone just ran over their dog.
My experience at Boston Market was good. Me and my family dined in. The food was tasty and fresh. The manager Archie was great. I had a pretty big order and he made sure I got a great value and we were satisfied. Overall, good food and dine in experience.
Great customer service, excellent food, the store is always busy, but the employees treat everything so well. I picked up a holiday and everyone was so friendly. Thank you.
