The employees aren't friendly at all. The atmosphere isn't welcoming and the men's room isn't clean and the urinal has been broken forever. The manager Andrea is a clueless clown who has no personality and no people skills. She trashed a former employee I inquired about and basically told me not to come back again. No one greets you in a friendly manner and the employees don't know how to greet customers properly. Service is slow too. THE SODA IS USUALLY FLAT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. IN FACT I HIGHLY DOUBT I WILL EVER EAT AT BOSTON MARKET AGAIN.
Chicken nuggets are half cooked..so not professional there…the person that was helping me take my order.. leave it next the register told the other person that she going to the bathroom…like seriously ?..I was still waiting to pay for my order when she comes back …like WTH
As soon as I stepped into this restaurant, I was greeted by an unpleasant odor. The food also had a terrible taste. When I went to the bathroom, there was a strong smell, as if something had died. The soda from the fountain tasted off as well. What’s happening here?
Greatly disappointed . Both the pulled pork and chicken was extremely dry. It appeared it was heated up all day long. Would have preferred a fresh burger microwaved at an establishment across the highway. Won’t be back for a long time

Using ActiveMenu was quick and easy. My order was ready upon arrival. The rotisserie nuggets were awesome! The price of the meal was a bit high for the serving size. All in all a great lunch!
Terrible food ,burnt meatloaf and dry chicken like shoe leather! If you value your money, stay away from these inflated prices for subpar food!
