On several occasions, the employees have been rude during the ordering process. I noticed four of them were on their phones behind the counter, clearly annoyed that they had to pause to assist us. Most troubling was my interaction last night; the woman taking my order became confrontational when I asked whether the apples contained gluten. She claimed that there was gluten in the sugar, which is incorrect—there is no gluten in sugar for anyone on a gluten-free diet.

This is a fantastic chicken restaurant! I’m not a fan of the fast food alternatives. The chicken and other meats here are delicious, and there’s a wonderful variety of sides to choose from. The cornbread is moist and fresh. I'm not sure why they closed a few locations, but I guess people prefer the greasy fried options instead. The prices are great for the quality of the food you get.

I only give this place four stars because they run very often out of ribs, otherwise this place is fantastic. All I met are professional and friendly. They are all assets of the institution. The food is delicious and they always give you a nice selection of meat, sides and desserts.

My dine-in experience was completely ruined by the disgusting behavior and totally inappropriate topics the staff loudly discussed among themselves so the whole store could hear. I recommend no one go there and find a Boston market with a well behaved and mature staff.
The food at this restaurant is consistently fantastic. The staff is a wonderful group—very polite and professional. What more could you ask for? Excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere. They even clear the table for you! Every penny spent here is well worth it!
Use to be good in the day... Total disappointment with the prime rib bourbon bacon chicken dinners that we purchased Friday evening... The meat was overcooked dried....the sides were terrible under the lamps way to long...cornbread was also super dry..
I wish the plates and the food were hotter since the restaurant is always cold. The food, especially the vegetables, cools off so fast. The candied yams were wonderful as always. I like the new pineapple bbq chicken.
