To start, the selection of side dishes was pathetic. The mac and cheese was simply a large, unappetizing clump, and the creamed spinach looked like it had been left out for days. Those two items, along with broccoli, were our only options. My husband and I both ordered the three-piece dark meal, but the pieces were tiny, with the total amount of chicken barely equating to the size of a single normal thigh. The skin was soggy and hardly browned at all, and everything was served at room temperature. For two three-piece combos and two sodas, we were charged $29. To make things worse, the soda machine was out of three-quarters of the options listed and there was no ice available. It feels like...

This was the worst experience I've ever had with my order. The half chicken combo was missing garlic sauce, and the chicken was so dry that when I tried to cut it, it crumbled like fine breadcrumbs. The other side was even drier and wouldn’t cut at all. The creamed spinach was tough and shrunken, with a texture resembling playdough. The cornbread was stale and hard, stretching like rubber when I took a bite. The layers of the chocolate cake were separated and broken, and the icing had completely melted. Everything was ice cold and old—hard and dried out. I didn't receive any butter and had only one fork for two combos. Given how much I paid, I ended up throwing everything away, and I was ext...

UPDATE: THE HOURS ARE STILL INCORRECT!!!! THIS ISN'T ROCKET SCIENCE. LET'S SEE IF THE OWNER RESPONDS. The hours posted are wrong. I just went there to order two turkey dinners to go. After waiting for 10 minutes without anyone asking if I had been helped, I inquired whether they were taking individual orders. Ten minutes later, I had to ask again. The answer was no; I would have to come back in about an hour. Management is terrible, and customer service is non-existent. This place used to be fantastic. Don't waste your money or time here.

UPDATE: STILL HOURS POSTED INCORRECTLY!!!!THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. LET’S SEE IF THE OWNER RESPONDS.Hours posted incorrectly. Was just there to order 2 turkey dinners to go. After waiting for 10 minutes without no body asking if I had been helped I asked if they were taking individual orders. Ten minutes later I had to ask again. Answer was no that I would have to come back maybe in an hour.Management sucks. Customer service non-existent.This place used to be over the top great. Don 't waste your money or time. Boston Market's website and Google both say they’re open until 6 pm on Thanksgiving. I tried placing a mobile order around 3:35 pm, but it was declined. Then I called and was on hold for 4 minutes before the call was disconnected. When I drove there and arrived around 4:10 pm, the doors were locked with a handwritten sign saying they close at 4 pm, even though there were still customers inside.

We don't often go to Boston Market, but we've always enjoyed the food in the past. However, on Thanksgiving Eve, I ordered a turkey dinner for my wife and me, which came with dressing, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Unfortunately, the turkey was tough and dry, the dressing was underwhelming, and the gravy was too watery. I saw a "Help Wanted" sign, which might explain the issues we encountered.

I arrived at 5:45 PM on Wednesday, December 28, and found the doors locked. The person inside didn’t communicate whether they were open or closed. I then went to the drive-thru and learned they were indeed open, but they only had meatloaf and turkey available, and no chicken on the menu. It was disappointing, especially since I had made a special trip to visit this location.

Boston's website and Google says they are open until 6 pm on Thanksgiving. The food was fairly average. I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner, but I didn’t find the stuffing very appealing. On the other hand, the potatoes were good, and the apple pie was delicious.
