We used to live in Elmwood Park and dined at this restaurant fairly often, usually with good experiences (it's not gourmet, but it serves its purpose). I stopped by this evening to grab dinner on my way home. Unfortunately, it seems this location is either under new management or the staff doesn't pay much attention to the food preparation. The chicken was dry, the corn was bland, and the sweet potato had neither marshmallows nor brown sugar. Overall, it was pretty disappointing. I really hope this isn't how the entire chain is performing now. On a brighter note, at least the cornbread was decent!
In a nutshell, the food at this restaurant is fantastic. It's delicious and perfect for a quick grab-and-go meal. One of my favorite dishes is the potato and Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I often order multiple sandwiches when dining with friends, and everyone always enjoys the food. The desserts are also a highlight, with flavors that remind me of childhood treats made with care. The only downside is that the whole chicken can be a bit dry. Overall, it's a great spot for dinner that I will happily recommend to others and visit again.
The restaurant had advertised closing at 12 o'clock, so I placed an order a little after 10:30 and it was accepted. I arrived before 11 a.m. for pick-up, only to find the entire place closed with no one inside, despite my order being confirmed and the advertised closing time being an hour and a half later. I called three different locations and none answered, all with the same closing time of 12 o'clock. It was disappointing as I am a fan of Boston Market and have ordered from here many times in the past.
Boston Market is on a declining state. Food is bland, the worst meatloaf, ribs and stuffing. Sides are bland except the sweet potato which probably is the best on the menu besides the chicken. Pot pie tasted old, not like before. Lemonade stand is always empty and now they are serving on paper plates which is a new for me here. Meatloaf tasted like dog food, no glaze or seasoning plus no herbs or onions, a disaster lunch for me!Vegetarian options: Clearly frozen vegetables full of water.

I ordered uber eats from here. I have been eating boston market as long as I can remember. This was the worst food I have EVER tasted. How can you mess up sweet potatoes and the chicken pot pie was so unappealing and tasteless. This made me NEVER want to eat Boston Market again. I'm figuring it's probably the location is the reason why I'm writing this review. Get it together and step up tour game!
We visit MI and I want to know why this Boston Market is deliciously better than the Allen Park MI location?? Lol Your customer service is also better, I like how the young lady didn't waste any time and she was fast like boom, what you like? Boom, what are your two sides? Anything else? Like ooookkkaaayy sis, that is how you serve.
I will never return to this location. The food was terrible. The sweet potatoes resembled soup! The sides had an unpleasant aftertaste, almost like they were leftovers from the day before. The chicken was decent, but the meatloaf was dry. I'm very disappointed.
The mac and cheese was too salty, but the other dishes were tasty, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future!

Used to come here often. Had rated 5 stars. Ever since covid, the food is not as good as it used to be. Turkey is too dry. Same with their other locations.
