Excellent food! I ordered a family meal for me and some friends and it was the best value for money I've gotten (other than fast food, but who gets fast food for a nice lunch with friends? . The chicken was very tasty, and I'm glad they included a salad to have healthy vegetables. My friend had the soup so I can't say how that was. The sides were good and plentiful, and the brownies were AMAZING! Our server left a very nice note saying they didn't have enough brownies left so he included some cookies instead, which was even BETTER because they were MASSIVE and had big chunks of chocolate in them. Also I wasn't expecting there to be so MANY brownies! We each had one and I got to take one home...
The service at this restaurant was terrible. When I entered, I was told they could only accept cash because their credit card machine was broken. I offered to place an order for pickup outside using my credit card, but when I returned inside, the staff refused to make my food, claiming they had run out. Despite pointing out that there was chicken right behind them, they still refused. When I asked for a refund, they declined. I ended up spending $100 on food and had to drive 35 minutes to get Boston Market for my family instead. I highly recommend avoiding this Boston Market location.
After reading this review, I made the decision to dine at the restaurant again later that day. However, I was disappointed to learn that it had recently closed due to corporate neglecting to pay the rent. It appears that this particular location is permanently closed, and the overall brand may be in jeopardy due to mismanagement by the Rohan group, who acquired it in 2020. It is unfortunate to see this restaurant, which had been in business for over thirty years, close its doors. Here's hoping that the remaining locations can find a way to stay afloat.
When we went in, we were surprised to find that most items were entirely out of stock due to ?supply chain shortages?. I know times are tough these days but it?s pretty hard to order when most things are out of stock: No sandwiches, salads, meatloaf, ora few varieties of chicken. The staff and manager seemed eager to help us around these shortages and maybe corporate was toblame for some of these issues but it was nonetheless disappointing. The food was okay but it wasn?t the most positiveexperience.

Menu has been slashed to a bare minimum. Chicken, as well as everything else, was cooked to perfect mediocrity. Turkey, mashed potatoes, all sandwiches and the flavored lemonades have been removed from the menu. This place is not even a shadow of itsformer self. Save your money, unless of coarse you like your food less than or equal to mediocrity
They should remove the franchise. Facing financial troubles, they no longer produce the same quality food. My kids turned away the Mac Cheese they used to love; chicken dry unlike original recipe, corn and mashed potatoes different as well. Only accepted cash, app would not process credit card
This Boston Market is going downhill. The food at our latest visit was not fresh, and the textures were affected. There were bugs, too. The people working there were nice enough, but this store is substandard for a Boston Market.
This place is quite disappointing. The only options available were broccoli and corn. There were no signs of any chicken being cooked. They only accept cash. We decided to eat at a different restaurant instead.

The manager here treated us like royalty, and was especially gracious towards our 3 kids running around like they owned the place. The cook served us at our table and brought us extra rolls! We love it here!
I ordered rotisserie nuggets and a large rotisserie nuggets combo. The nuggets were delicious and the dip was good too. It would be nice if the quantity would be some more.
