Boston market. All I can say is if you want to end up in the hospital, it's the right place to go to. Ordered some of their roasted nuggets. Spoiler alert: they are not roasted. More like boiled and left to spoil and go sour. That's what I received from Uber eats. If you're going to be known as the chicken place. You think you would want to serve the best chicken possible. Not Boston Market. In their effort to stay relevant in the take out market, they've lost sight on quality. Seriously... if you have kids or an immune compromised person at home, Boston Market food can make them very Ill.Simply the worst.
this place is a joke no i remember why i stopped coming here. the customer service is horrific. this time i place an order online 15 minutes later they cancel the order. when i call the guy seemed like he could careless. when ask why he says with attitude we dont have turkey or pot pie. then x it off your app it is that simple, or maybe call the customer and see if they want to change order. just lost a customer once again, but i doubt the company even cares.
Pros and Honest Review: Is it drive-thru only? I looked it up online, and it said they were open. When I arrived and knocked on the door, the woman inside completely ignored us, just peering over the glass. There were two employees working, so there wasn't a valid reason for me to have to eat in my car or outside in the cold after making the trip. In the end, I chose to take my business elsewhere.
Completely different from the Boston Market my family once loved. Avoid!! I saw them bringing in supplies to the back door… it’s stove stop stuffing and instant mashed potatoes. The taste of the macaroni and cheese is COMPLETELY different now. The gravy is basically brown tinged water. What a disappointment. Used to be a go-to for us on busy week nights.. not any more.

WTH happened to this place? Most things are out of order. Chicken was extremely dry. Rice was greasy and hard. Broccoli was rubbery. Potato dills were okay and so were the corn bread. Utensils were useless, spork. One person who never smiles and simply doesn't want to be there. Disappointed to say the least. This is not the same place I used to visit with my family.
I’m sorry, but I have to express my disappointment. This place is the worst. We usually love Boston Market, but this experience was terrible—the food was awful and everything tasted bland. The chicken was incredibly dry. I really dislike wasting money or food, but I ended up tossing it in the garbage. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
By far the worst Boston market I have ever experienced.Any person behind the counter had an absolutely horrible attitude.None of the rotisseries had chicken in them so it was pretty sus.When I got the chicken it was the driest chicken I have ever had from a Boston market I'm assuming it must have been cooked well in advance.
Ordered a family meal online for a holiday gathering.Everything was ready for pickup when we arrived.Parking was easy and ample.The food tends to be overly sweet and salty, but it definitely fits the bill!

Dry, crusty pot pie. Barely edible. Worker mentioned most items were unavailable due to supply chain issues. Drive thru didn’t seem operational. Huge disappointment and waste of money.
The food is decent... but the dessert pies are fantastic! The staff, however, is just average.
