I 've been going to this Boston Market recently and until today the servers all.wore masks. Today, I went in and no one, from the cook to the server were wearing masks. When I asked why, the cook replied that 'Corona is over ' I told him that it wasn 't and his response was 'According to the company it is ' I immediately turned around and walked out. As a survivor of the original strain of Covid I find it disconcerting that people are preparing food without masks and can be spewing Covid all over your items. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. Update 06 27 23 This location is now closed.
The restaurant was quite empty, and the floor tables were dirty. The trash can lids were left open, and the bathroom was in desperate need of cleaning and repairs. Considering this is a Boston Market in Long Island, my experience was disappointing. The employees were very loud and were discussing their personal matters, which was distracting. I've been here a few times over the past two years, and it seems like nothing has changed. They really need to prioritize cleanliness, especially when there are hardly any customers.
I accidentally burned my finger badly (it blistered) and when I mentioned it to the rude staff member, he simply shrugged and said, "So what?" My finger brushed against a hot glass in front of the food, and it really hurt. The employee didn't bother to acknowledge my situation; he just continued processing his order without paying any attention. I'm not sure what his issue was, but I had just spent over $42, and I expected better service.
I don't know why I keep giving this place another shot. The ribs I ordered were tasteless, the cornbread was undercooked, and both the mac and cheese and stuffing were flavorless as well. It seemed like there was a hint of flavor, but ultimately, it was disappointing. Definitely not worth the $30+.

If you’re looking for hospital food quality, this is the place for you. My fist order since 1999 and this is positively disgusting. Dry, cold, small portions and just awful in every possible way. How this place remains in business with such disgusting food is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.
Baked chicken is better at stop-n-shop. Ordered whole chicken with 3 sides and corn bread. Realized when I got home they charged $2.00 extra for the cream Spanish and was never told. Will never go back because chicken was not good.
When you can't make it home but want home cooking, the show fast food, the yams and a week done chicken hit that spot for me.
The only vegetable they had was broccoli. All carbs. They forgot my cornbread. Chicken was cold

Calm workers, clean place, kinda loud music but overall i enjoy visits here, always a go to!
Always great food, but portions keep getting smaller, and missing the squash casserole!
