I had been looking forward to having Boston Market again after living out of state for many years. I was SO excited....then I was SO let down. The cornbread was dry and cold served In a paper bag. The chicken was super dry,the potatoes were tasteless and the corn was horrible. Also the ONLY options for drinks were coke and rootbeer. Everything else said sold out....even the teas. The kid that waited on us was super nice but he was talking to someone on the phone through his ear piece so he couldn't hear my questions. This place appears closed and abandoned. It gives off a strange vibe, almost as if ghosts are still coming and going without realizing they're being seen. It's truly an unusual phenomenon for Fall River. The presence of this unsightly establishment is dragging down the value of the entire neighborhood. Situated between a bank and a CVS, it seems a shame to let such a valuable piece of real estate go to waste. Bank 5 should consider purchasing it and putting it in the right hands—much like they, and CVS, have done—to unlock its full potential and generate significant profits. It's essentially wasted real estate.
The restaurant isn't what it used to be. It's currently being managed by just two people who are trying to handle everything. Unfortunately, the quality of the chicken and sides has declined compared to before. While this isn't the staff's fault—they're doing their best with the resources they have—they are friendly, polite, and hard-working.
I was very disappointed with my experience. The chicken was decent, but the sides left much to be desired. The mashed potatoes were terrible, the mac and cheese was watery and lacked flavor, and the corn had a strange smell, as if it were spoiled. While the service was excellent, I wouldn't recommend spending your money there.

One of the best fasylt food restaurants. Healthier and more homemade. This location is pretty clean and nice inside. The staff is usually nice and helpful. The rice just always seems to be hard. Only real complaint I have. Maybe the rice needs to be covered differently or moisture added to it?
They offer an excellent selection of tasty dishes. I truly appreciated my dining experience there. The staff is consistently very friendly, the prices are fair, and the restaurant is always clean.
The food was outstanding, and the service was flawless. Carl, who was in charge of the meats, was friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel very welcome. I especially enjoyed the spinach too!
I had the BBQ ribs, and they were incredibly tasty! My dad ordered the meatloaf, and he really liked it too.
