I have fond memories of Boston Market from my childhood and had high expectations when I returned. I visited this particular location four times. The first visit was perfect; everything I wanted was available and tasted delicious, which is why I wanted to return.
However, during my second visit, they were out of the chicken I wanted. I noticed numerous handwritten signs indicating what menu items were unavailable, and surprisingly, there were no other customers in the restaurant. I settled for an alternative dish, hoping to come back another time for what I had originally wanted.

So sad, I use to come here with my mom when she worked close by. We loved this place. It was always so busy. It's been years since I have been here. We were in the neighborhood and decided to stop by. Let me just say , save your money and go elsewhere. We should of left seeing it was dinner time and the place was empty. The chicken was so dry, did not have flavor. The Mac n cheese and potatoes were very bland. The corn bread was really dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy is the only thing that had flavor. My husband and I could not eat the food. We tried a few bites and threw it away. It was such a waste of money. So bummed , this place was so good before and now it tastes like horrible cafet...
This restaurant is a total disaster. The exterior and interior are both in disarray. They have a "Cash Only" sign, which is a major warning sign. When we walked in, the place was empty, and there were no employees around—only food sitting under heat lamps. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. It's disappointing because I used to really enjoy this place. I wouldn't recommend it at all—definitely a 0 out of 10.
I discovered this restaurant a few weeks ago and was thrilled to find it, as it was the last Boston Market in the Los Angeles area. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to see a notice on the door indicating that the location had closed. It was truly disheartening.

Wow what sad place from the looks of the food and the atmosphere we walked in and walked out. Food looked old dry like it had been sitting all day workers looked miserable and were rude. This place shouldn't even be open
I miss the one in cypress ca. I grew up eating this. It’s my favorite restaurant tbh. Too bad all their other locations have been permanently closed. Their cornbread complements their food so well.
Used to love Boston Market in Downey, moved down this way and was happy there was one. Poor management. System is always down, eun out of menu items, dirty, manager always has an attitude, just ?
The Last Boston Market in California this is the end of an Era. The Rotisserie chicken is no more
