Boston Market - Table reservation

I wanted to do a quick simple Thanksgiving without doing the cooking! I came across the Thanksgiving were open advertisement. I was a little skeptical but was very impressed with the organization that the store had. They had picking up for the Thanksgiving holiday pick up. And they had a separate for the catering pick up. I had an order for 20 people, it it took me 10 minutes from the time I walked in to walk out and have the food in my car and out the parking lot. Thank you to the staff who work that day an awesome job amazingly execute it truly made a difference.

This particular Boston Market had literally 2 people working. Clearly that is not what I consider understaffed, I would consider this being simply chaotic. With that said, the cashier did not know how to direct me on the Boston Market app. to pull up a coupon for a discount on 4 meals that I had purchased. No customer service to speak of, yet again. Do not waste your time or money. Extremely aggravating and disappointing.

The portions for the sides are tiny for the price. My chicken bowl came with no gravy even though I asked for some. My caramel cheesecake was frozen with ice on it. The cornbread ain't no cornbread cuz it's the size of my finger. Come on , guys. How would you feel spending money on this?

it was the first and last time I order in this place! the food is completely unseasonable, the breads were cold and old (they certainly weren't made today) and to make matters worse WE FOUND A HAIR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RICE! I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Pretty good always busy so more staff would help alleviate the stressful servers getting the food ready for each guest. I love their bacon bbq chicken and creamed spinach.
