Just the fact that the restaurant got my order and after a carrier “supposedly had my delivery” the food was still at the restaurant because nobody had pick up my delivery and i find out because I called the restaurant. That it’s not fear and it’s very frustrating, when you waiting for a delivery and 40mins after the system text to communicate that your order was cancel. Very disappointed with the service today. Matter fact the system shouldn’t accept the order in first place and I would it order through another third party.
This is my second time visiting this restaurant and I had a negative experience again. I ordered a soda and it was not included in my bag. When I called to inform them, the employee named Paschal told me that I should have checked my bag. I was taken aback by this response as I didn't realize I had to pay for my food and then monitor how it was packed. It is not right to charge a customer for an item and then not provide it. This feels like theft on the part of Boston Market.
My experience was terrible, particularly due to the young woman at the cash register. When I politely asked if they had the regular size item, she rudely said they only offered the large size. However, I later discovered online that the regular size is indeed available for order. It’s disappointing that they would mislead customers about their menu options. Ultimately, the manager should avoid hiring employees with a negative attitude for customer-facing roles.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious when I pick it up. However, I would appreciate it if the staff could be a bit more efficient and polite to customers. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customer service should always be a priority. It's important to be nice and have a smile when interacting with customers.
Pretty much overpriced prison food. Why would i pay $14 for half a rotisserie chicken and you can get 3 for the same price. The chicken is nothing special and its most of the times dry. The sauce on the chicken that is actually good they charge $17 for half a chicken. Plus idk why this location rips off the coupons on the receipt
Food is always good , delicious when I go there to pick it up?.! Just a lil note on the side the staff should be a little more efficient, polite to the customers. Totally understand, we all have our days , but not everyday if you know what I mean. Whenyou deal with customers part of your job is to be nice and have a smile. ????
Ahh meatloaf and chicken .... always a fan of Boston Market .... sad to see they only make the stuffing seasonal now , some people like it all year round ???? .... any how always a pleasure grabbing some BM.
