I don't even know what happened to this franchise but it's legit gone down hill. The only decent one is the one in Niagara Falls. All the other ones are a joke. Their pizza isn't even good. They used to take pride in the pizza making game but now it's hardly cooked. French fries come out cold and soggy. Service was awful, our waitress was rude and seemed to be having a terrible day. Came by maybe 2 times to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. Meanwhile the place was empty. No ambiance, 75% of the lights didn't work. I'm pretty sure Boston Pizza is gonna shut down soon. Won't miss it. gg
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant during my birthday celebration on Saturday night. Despite seeing plenty of empty tables, we were not seated right away. The staff at the reception seemed to be preoccupied chatting with each other, and we were left without any assistance for over 10 minutes. This completely ruined my birthday dinner, and to top it off, we were required to pay a mandatory tip for such poor service. I would not recommend this place if you want to have a memorable celebration.
From our table, I could see the kitchen staff, and it wasn't reassuring to see some of them standing around chatting instead of working. While there were a few who were busy, it felt unfair to see others not contributing. The organization was lacking too; after we placed our order, another staff member came to take our order again, which only confused us. Would I come back here? Probably not, unless it was my only option. You might want to check it out for yourself, though.
I ordered a pasta dish, but it arrived ice cold. My kids enjoyed the chicken strips, which were fresh and flavorful. The pizza was delicious. However, the waitress didn't come to check on us, and we had to ask someone to find her a couple of times. Additionally, the restaurant had a lot of fruit flies, and there were dirty dishes left on a table from another party for the entire duration of our visit, which did not help with the fly situation. We were served by Anish, I hope that’s how you spell his name! But he did such a great job. His server skills were so impressive. He was kind, and he kept checking in on us frequently which was very appreciated. He also talked to us while we were giving our bill. It was a great experience and more staff like him is definitely needed. Thanks so much for a great experience!
Was I there as a guest or a pest control. Holy f.. fruit fly infestation.I told the server.. so many fruit flies... and she's like yeah.. it's been like this all summer.. well.. do something then???I also have a really upset stomach after eating here. There's more BP around Mississauga. Go there instead.
Excellent service, we enjoyed a lot over there .The drinks were made excellent and were on time . Great service by the team and hats off to Bartender Anish . Its always great visiting there . I will recommend everybody must try their Spicy
Meh pizza . I almost felt like it would have been better to stay home and have frozen pizza. We had a Caesar salad that was pretty good but overall it just felt like the bare minimum. Not somewhere I would go back to. Book a table now
I've been here before, but this day I decided to hang out was really pleasant. I was in my own world though, and so were some of the staff that served me. Better you show up with friends for the best time.
