My Grandson loves Boston Pizza, and we have gone to several in SW Ontario, some several times.. We've even gone to the one in Simcoe once before and the first visit was what we expect. July 4th was my Grandson's birthday, and this was his choice of restaurant. He always has exactly the same thing: Kid's spaghetti with fries...go figure.I wish that my cold Shrimp Tacos was the most serious issue, but that may have had something to do with one of the most serious issue: the service. We went out for supper here on July 9'th, 2017The food was good, however the portion sizes were not great.There was one young girl waiting tables the entire time we were there.The service was very very slow. Which I am certain was due to understaffing, not the waitress herself.They definitely need to get more staff working on a Sunday evening.
Visit here many times with friends. The last time we went, our server was Taylor (Hi Taylor!). Taylor was very kind and provided superior service to my friend and I. Next time you go in, ask for Taylor's section. Also, the food is always good. A bit pricey, but hey, it's pretty good! Book a table now
Too much shopping on Black Friday and our feet were killing us so we decided to find a place to grab lunch. Very impressed with Boston Pizza. Super clean, great staff and the food was excellent. No complaints! Refills of pop and coffee. We will be back to enjoy more menu items.
We ate here several times. Sometimes it's slow and sometimes it's not. Usually the kitchen screws up at least one food item though. My husband has tried many different items and never likes any of them. Usually the rest of us stick with pasta.
Went in date with my husband Friday night. Wasn't busy or anything got seated at a dirty table. Waitress was nice but had to remind her to even get us our silverware so we could eat. Floor was absolutely disgusting. Will not be going back.
Have eaten at other Boston Pizza restaurants in the past. Expensive for what you get,but food good. Ordered pizza for delivery from Simcoe BP restaurant. Pathetically small amount of toppings,big disappointment. Never again. Book a table now
Had a flatbread pizza, kids had pizza and wife had a chicken sandwich. All very good. Very nice staff and attentive. Bit pricey but the food was very good.
