Typically visit a different location and enjoy the atmosphere and food. Took 20 minutes for someone to come back to take my order once I was given a menu, I had to get up and find someone to come take order . While eating no one came to check on me to see if I needed anything else. Also had to go find someone to ask to pay the bill. Food was typical of a chain and came our quickly. I have been a server before so understand when you are busy or have low staff , but could see multiple staff members chatting together.
My friend and I went in and were quickly greeted and shown to a booth. Brittany,our server, greeted us and took our drink order and was back before we could blink. We ordered the nachos which were very tasty and the kitchen complied with my request to have the olives on the side. I had my favorite French onion soup. It was good not perfect but tasty. My friend had the personal Hawaiian pizza very tasty and crispy base. Overall great experience. I will be back.
Service was great, food was terrible. My husband had the ribs with Ceasar salad. The salad was old with brown limp salad and barely dressing, the worst he ever had. The ribs were dry and tasteless. I had a personal pizza, it barely had any blows, mostly just dough and sauce. Nothing was fresh and was definitely not worth what we paid.
S/o to Paul and the rest of the staff for being super attentive to my allergy. Most places tell me they can't guarantee the absence of gluten, but BP went above and beyond to make sure my meal was safe. Definitely recommend for anyone with allergies

The wait staff were very informative and funny. Price of the food was very good. Food was hot when served and the food was delicious. We return every month and the result has been exceptional. Love the place.
not your typical boston pizza this is a very large and busy location and food we had was excellent with gluten free menu and the 7 cheese rav is to die for.
