We arrived at 7:45 PM. Although the restaurant was half wmpty, it was too loud to hear conversation, so we asked to sit on the patio. The music was turned up so loud on the patio, and no one else was out there, so we asked to have the music turned down, which was eventually done. Someone came to take our drink and food orders pretty quickly, which was good. Coffee came, it was old and bitter and too strong to drink. The Coca Cola I ordered turned out to be Pepsi, and yes there is a difference, but the server did not inform me. Still, I was thristy, so I drank it. Been here a few time and service is very mixed, but the last time took the cake. Arrived shortly before 5 PM for an early dinner and there were only two other tables of customers. Waitress took our order, got our drinks, and then never came back to us until our food (which took almost 25 minutes to arrive) arrived. We finished our drinks quiet quickly and our waitress seemed to be too distracted chatting to co-workers to pay attention to us. Even had what looked like to be a "Manager on Duty" walk by us and notice our empty glasses and do nothing. There is no excuse for such slow service. The food is terrible and the service is even worse. The restaurant was only half full and after waiting for 30 minutes with my small family, we had to go find a server. The lasagna was a plate of undercooked noodles smothered in melted cheese. The pizza was terrible and the salad included all the worst parts. This experience was as bad as it gets.
We got in late from a day of exploring and needed a place to eat that was still open. We drove by BP a few times throughout the day, and decided to give it a go. The pizza was very good, and remained even a day later when we heated up the leftovers. Service was also very good. Book a table now
We went last for a dinner dining experience prior to going to the movies. We shared a tasty thin crust pizza and couple of drinks, all went well. Our server was friendly & efficient, seemed like he was in training (watch by supervisor), I am sure ha will work out!
This place is trying everything to take as much cheese and meat sauce off from there new miny portions.Maybe this location should quit doing pasta tuesday, because everytime I go to this one I get cheated all the time.
Large resturant, usually no wait for a table. Friendly service. Food is mediocre and seems to be mostly reheated from frozen. Limited fresh food and no culinary creativity. Good kids menu and coloring activities.
