We had our first lunch here yesterday. Whilst my wife enjoyed her prawn salad, my seafood spaghetti was awful, served in a pool of oil. I should have returned it but we were in a hurry and we did not have time for another meal to be prepared my mistake. We returned there for lunch today and this time we both ordered the prawn salad. We waited almost 30 minutes for the salads! When they finally arrived, after having to chase, the respective salads were shadows of the one my wife received yesterday and clearly thrown together in a hurry. We went to this restaurant for the first time over Easter and were so impressed with the food and service. Today we went back for a lunch. What a disappointment! Food was truly awful. Sent back a chicken dish as it was not hot. Same chicken came back hot, but completely tasteless. Wine was served in a tepid ice pack. Service was extremely slow and woefully haphazard. It appears that the usual management was not there and two very young individuals were running things.
Stopped here this evening with my partner during happy hour and well we certainly left happy pina colada is the best iv had along the whole arenal. I had the chicken curry with basmati rice and it was delicious fresh ingredients taste was out of this world very reasonably priced. Staff were very attentive and welcoming decor was beautiful and offers a outside shaded area which was bliss in this heat. Definitely will be returning.
Horrible service. Took ages for first drink to come and when it did I had a drink spilt on me. They didn’t offer any discount or drinks in apology. She offered me a paper towel to clean myself up and this also took 5 mins to arrive. Will not be visiting next time I’m on holiday in beautiful javea. Truly ruined my last night here.

Went to Botanico twice in two weeks. Had a steak to die for. Cooked perfectly. We were in a party of 15 who went to watch a fab group called Angel Station. The great food produced was equally matched by the superb sounds. Fridays were the music days as far as I recall but check it out you won’t be disappointed.
Great location on the beach with fantastic views. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Food is very good , breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the afternoon they have half price cocktails. They also have special offers every day.
A fabulous restaurant on the Arenal in Javea. Been their severs times in the last few weeks. Must mention the great service from Matt. So professional, efficient, great personality and always welcoming with a lovely smile.
Think this would be a great place on an evening for drinks, great locations and views and decor nice. Could do with a clean (for example the fans are filthy). The cocktails are OK, they taste like pre bottled

Food arrived cold not good. Saw various levels of bad hygiene from staff whilst there and then guess what next day food poisoning been ill for 5 days since!!!
We enjoyed an early evening cocktail as the light fade over the Arenal bay. Great location with a wonderful view and very decent cocktails.
