To believe that really we haven't eaten in the same restaurant, it's about that the owner is pressed and not always mega warm but he works, he's always fresh, of quality, good taste, fresh shrimps, while I went chEz Tam to taste and follow the great reviews and we were sick, so frankly we'll stay at Buddha greedy and no more listen to them!
The one of St Maximin is to be avoided. Indeed, dishes do not seem fresh. The frying inputs (nems, shrimps and crab clips) look old, it looks like they have been heated several times. On the other hand, for more than 10 years, I have had lunch from time to time in the Gourmand Buddha in Brignoles and I have never been disappointed!
I was an accustomed to a brignoles restaurant since the opening or every visit was a treat. However, for several years the quality has fallen considerably. The nems have narrowed and prices have increased. Everything is disgusting to see doubtful whether it is the nems the spring reels or the cooked dishes. That's a shame.
Very disappointed, the sauces of the dishes have a terrible taste. Meat is almost non-existent, lots of fatty pieces, very limited entries fresh level. Let's hope we're not sick. Too bad because the friendly welcome but to flee... Book a table now
Very well, friendly owner and fresh food with taste. Certain comment does not reflect the truth that is possitive for a Vietnamese without pretense. Very good value quality price.
A little disappointed...the dishes are not bad but the welcome is not always smiling, and tonight I unfortunately found 2 black hair probably of beards in 2 of my dishes ....
