I think I tried different boulangeries while I was in L'isle Sur La Sorgue, and Convert was by far the best. The croissants were much lighter and flakier than other places. Also great bread and other miscellaneous desserts. It's also a convenient place to...pick up a bottle of wine, cheese or other snacks you might want with your bread. Convert was recommended by our AirBnB host, and I agree it's the best in the city!
This boulangerie was recommended to us by our Home Away hosts and I can see why, lovely selection of pasties, brioche and cakes, plus during the week quiche and sandwiches. We went here nearly every day and we never disappointed by the quality my favorite...were the pralinoise brioche.....

Tijdens ons verblijf in L'isle sur la Sorgue haalden we hier onze stokbrooden en andere lekkernij. Mensen zijn vriendelijk en ze bakken de hele dag door vers. Het is nog lekker warm als je het meeneemt. Alle dagen geopend. Book a table now
excellent throughout the week we stayed here. Went every morning for breakfast and stopped in for bread in the afternoon which was invariably still warm.
The selection of breads is excellent, the quality superb. Forever trying new breads and always willing to fill special orders when requested.
Excellent baguettes and speciality breads, croissants etc. our favourite when we're in town. Small section of wines and drinks.
You can buy their bread both in Isle and at the Mini Mart in Fontaine de Vaucluse (but go early to Fontaine). Great all round. Book a table now
