The staff is changing all the time. 4 times of affiliate I asked for croissants and chocolate breads, we didn't take them in the radius but by returning on a shelving right behind, and 4 times I found myself with atrophy pastries by opening the bag at home! Too bad! I live next to it and I come from a mouth trade I prefer to take my car to go further!!! There are fortunately other quality shops on Cholet, but it's very disappointing.
A very nice bakery/pastry, lots of choice and very good products. The reception is not always up to the quality produced, but let's admit everyone can have days without, especially as it is a demanding job (times, working days, etc.), one can understand no problem. On the other hand, leaving the choice to the customer of the product he wants to buy when he makes the request seems more than normal than to make the deaf ear.

On shoreline on the island of re, dining tables are not clean, some employees make very neglected shirt all rags and stained as well as really dirty shoes. Exterior trash overflows and this several days.
The well-presented products envy and are very good, especially in pastry, with good value for money. It's too bad for the staff to change.
