The breads are excellent (special mention with mie bread, which eats on its own) and a perfect cooking, the pastries are exceptional: the piece has a pastry cream and a nougatine to fall, and a real caramel; Idem for the baba, the leaflet (which also exists in a log), the mille-feuille... Warning, closed on Wednesday and Thursday...
It's strange as you pass from a big smile to a person who always makes the head in this bakery... the bread is cooked enough but you have to eat it fast enough because it doesn't keep long the pastry is very correct I appreciate the loyalty card for the bread
After evening with friends what better than hot chocolate breads?? And well walk 200 meters more a better bakery is a few steps away.... Either tell by spending a few extra minutes in the oven slightly adjusted those forgotten by the pastry. Bisous, Val
