I just spent 10 minutes in this shop. I had time: to hear the assistant from the store laugh: “I’m not paid enough for it! Perhaps it would be interesting to rework the organization of work to give this team a little motivation? Under these conditions, no one can be satisfied, neither employees nor customers.
Purchased 10 baguettes for a birthday. Found a piece of toothpick in one of the chopsticks. Fortunately, no wound in the mouth. Reported to the bakery that did not even apologize. 20 minutes waiting, unlike usual. I go there every day but recently new elements have arrived, including two young ladies. They're pretty disrespectful and we're laughing at.
