There's still a chain. but the bread remains good and the choice remains important. hygiene is regular in all cases. the personal and rather pleasant and smiling set. after having trouble fidelizing the client for the human side. the price yes the price returns!
Many people in this bakery but often change their pastry cards. Training on hygiene needs to be reviewed, especially as staff changes quite often.
Good pastries, bread too, friendly staff but the sandwiches are disappointing. The feeling of only eating bread with a very tired salad leaf.
Bread and pastries are excellent, as years all the Marie Blachère ever of disappointment. The pastries are also of very good quality.
