Everything is highlighted to promote this bakery and ruin others. Parking, impeccable staff, good smells, presentation, small tables facing the station.. the breads are very beautiful and the pastry shops are not expensive, but we don't know where the flours come from... the cheapest possible, so? And well-cooked bread has little taste and we get used to it, it's the packaging that takes over. In fact everything is totally industrial even if the bread is cooked knowingly almost in front of the customers. well seen, well had!! again real craftsmen who will disappear.
