Boulder Pho And Grill

I had dinner here with a friend and we shared the Vietnamese egg rolls which were very tasty and we each had pho. He had beef pho and I had the vegetable pho. I was surprised at how weak in flavor the broth was. my friend’s had a bit more beef flavor, but still weak. Perhaps it was just this batch, but I have had pho at many restaurants in the area and this broth was disappointing. Service was very good and food was served quickly and very hot. If I went back, I would just not get the pho again. One more thing, water in the bathroom never got warm, despite waiting a decent amount of time. My hands were sticky from the egg roll sauce and cold water just did not do the trick. Would be signific...

The best pho indeed I have tried Vnpho it could nit compare to this I had a seafood bowl it has takoyaki squid like balls and crab and the best Boba I have tried and also we had crab Rangoon shrimp spring rolls and Bahn míFood: 5/5

Used to go there with friends every weekends just to try their Pho with flank steak. Its so full with herbs and smell is incredible. I got flu and after hot pho it went away. Healthy food and young energetic staffFood: 5/5

nice little local pho place. killer combo noodle bowl and Vietnamese Cafe. the pho stock was well balanced, but a little metallic. I always want to see more herbs. staff was nice, ambiance standard pho joint styleFood: 4/5
