The service we received from our server was average. She seemed to be more focused on other tables, who were only drinking, rather than attending to our needs. We waited for at least 15 minutes before she took our order. Despite appearing to have listened to me when I requested a medium rare burger, it was served well done. Our food was not delivered promptly and when she finally checked on us, I mentioned the overcooked burger and lukewarm waffle fries. I visited the restaurant on a late Saturday morning for breakfast. It was quite crowded, but we were seated promptly. However, it took over an hour and a half for our food to arrive! The waitress kept refilling our coffee but did not inform us of the reason for the delay. The portions of food were generous compared to a similar option at Baker's Square, and the prices were slightly lower. I doubt I will return as spending over 2 hours for breakfast is not ideal. The atmosphere was lacking, and the placement of the bathrooms behind the seating area was unappealing. The staff, for the most part, was friendly.
Stopped in with the family on July 4th. Enjoyed an amazing special on all burgers! Staff was friendly, service was world class. And portions are fair for the cost. I will be stopping again as soon as able. I had the Fiesta Burger with fries. The cheese sauce, lettuce and burger ratio was perfect. Not overly sauced to be wet and not too dry. Other burgers tasted by my family were the Boulevard, and the smokey BBQ. All of which were delicious! Thank you for the wonderful lunch!
This place is almost always a great experience. I say almost because i have had slow service a couple times. Once was when they were super busy and once when i wasn't noticed until the person i was meeting there said something. That said, the server was very attentive and awesome once they realized i was new to the group that had already been served so i felt it really wasn't intentional. It certainly wouldn't keep me from going back.

Service and food are always pretty good. It’s been a minute since we have been here and we order fried foods; chicken strips and pretzels with beer cheese. Our food had mini donut taste to it and you can’t mix sweet foods with other fried foods. Please figure out a way to make a designated fryer for your funnel cake. It’s like cooking onion rings and fish together.
The Inferno Burger (sub for a turkey patty) is phenomenal. Wait staff is great and we have never had a problem getting served quickly here. We come for Bingo (on Tuesdays), a random night for food/drinks, maybe a few pull-tabs here and there, and the main point is that the place is always awesome and we come back. Keep up the good work!
We go there all the time!! We love the food, service and atmosphere!! The owner is super nice!!! The patio is perfect, great view of the classic car cruising on Saturday nights!!! It’s really like Cheers with a patio!!!
First time trying Boulevard Bar Grille and it was delicious! Busy night but worth the wait. Adults 21 and over can play bingo for free and it was fun. Kids also enjoyed it. Energy and vibe is loud and fun!

Breakfast at Prokott's was a disappointment. I tried multiple times to sign up for their loyalty program, but every card I was given had the same number. This is not a good sign.
