Bowling was easy to book, reasonably priced and easy to manage. We had a group of 7, all over 30 yrs old. Someone in our group tried purchasing a shared cocktail and the male bartender would not allow it unless 4 people from our group come up to the bar with an ID. We would not have mind the request as we figured this was to monitor 1 person not purchasing a drink meant for 4 people. What we did mind was his rude and terrible attitude. We later decided to purchase a pitcher of beer so we sent someone else to purchase it and the same bartender was just as rude and unprofessional. I want to give a special shout-out to Alicia Hann (Operations Manager) and Kyee (Head Waitress), who worked wonderfully together to make sure our event went off without a hitch. They attended to all our needs promptly and played a key role in making LuLu's 18th birthday an unforgettable experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional.
We had such a great time that we returned on Friday, August 18, 2023, to take advantage of a special promotion that included three games and arcade player cards. We spent three hours having a blast with two of our kids, and once again, Alicia and Kyee were there to ensure we had a fantastic time at a great price.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday party spending 2 hours. There were about 10 kids with the parents and we hired 2 lanes, and the kids had a blast and had lots of fun. We preferred this option to a jumping place, were all the kids are usually running around and there's little interaction among them. We really wanted something outside the box, and it really worked.Later they went to play with the arcades and in the birthday package we get complementary tokens , so they all had enough to play for almost 1h.The staff (Natalie was our host) was very helpful and making sure we had all we needed. The $7 per game per person fee feels a bit high, especially since they don't offer an hourly rate like other bowling alleys do. Also, there's no variety of bowling balls available; you're limited to the ones at your lane rather than having the option to choose from shelves as is common elsewhere. While I understand that streaming multiple media sources may appeal to the average overstimulated American, I found it somewhat distracting and even a little disrespectful to be bombarded with advertisements when all I wanted to do was relax. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, the establishment was well-maintained, and I enjoyed the overall atmosphere, despite the choice of music.

The service was pretty awful. I've never had such a nice but neglectful server before. I'm assuming it boils down to them being understaffed.The prices to bowl are outrageous. I paid for two games for my five year old and myself and it was $50+. To make things worse my 5 year old didn't even play her second game and yet I had to pay for it.The food was actually a lot better than I expected but again maybe not for the prices.The music selection is enjoyable and enhanced the bowling experience.In the end I'll stick with a more reasonably priced place.
I attended a birthday party for my friend's husband, and the experience was fantastic. The service was exceptional, and the place was very clean with all the equipment functioning well. They even offered my friend a credit for the guests who couldn't make it, which was a great touch. Overall, it was an awesome experience!
Atmosphere is nice and lanes are well kept. The bartender was rude though. She took her time and make sure you check your receipt because on different occasions they charge gratuity without telling you. They have you sign and tip first and then give you the receipt.
Very nice bowling location. We were having an issue with the pin setter and the manager was very attentive and took care of the issue. He even came back multiple times to check if the issue was fixed.

For the price I paid, I could have gone to Disneyland and spent about $300 on three games, plus pizza and sodas. The prices here are definitely quite steep.
