Honestly the old women needs sacking every other one of these reviews is complaining about the old women. She's legit scared to death of customers I was stood outside the garage for 10 minutes truing to get her attention so she could let me in so I could purchase the things I needed to buy. Every other time I come here late at night and someone else is working I always get let in to pick what I want to eat but this women looked at me as I was trying to get her attention then went back into the back room! Meant to be 24/7! Ridiculous won't be coming back as long as she's there poor customer service.
Honestly, I have to agree with the other reviewers who have complained about the service from the older women at this restaurant. I waited for 10 minutes outside the door trying to get their attention so I could come in and make my purchase. Usually when I come late at night and someone else is working, they are more than willing to help me. But these women ignored me when I tried to get their attention and just went back to whatever they were doing. This is supposed to be a 24/7 establishment, but I will not be returning due to the poor customer service.
Why do the restrooms never seem to be working? We stop here for HGV fuel every week, and my wife goes to use the facilities only to find them closed yet again. They also need to address the issue with only 2 lanes for lorry fuel. It's clear that there is a lack of reinvestment in this place.
I do not recommend this place. I had a very bad experience when I entered the extremely dirty toilet with half of the floor flooded. It was not suitable for truck drivers.

Greggs closes at 5:00 PM. I was in the mood for a bread roll or something similar. They only offered me a pack of six. I likely won't be going back to Greggs anytime soon.
Dr pepper listed at 1.89 and he charged my card 3.19 saying it's only price listed. Wasn't listed at £3.19 anywhere. Be careful will scam you out of your money.
This restaurant has a great garage with a free ATM. It is located in front of a park with plenty of parking spaces available for purchase.
Parked in a Hgv for a break, Greggs, Costa machines and friendly staff who had great banter, which always makes the day happier.
