very disappointing and inefficient customer service. I think the team member should be spoken to this thema. I went to the front counter to wait in the line to pay for my interest, behind only one person. After he paid for his things, I was next. Instead, the team member decided that all coffee orders are taken off at the same front counter, so that they are cut off before me and take an extremely long coffee order instead of paying me efficiently for my benzin, which takes less than 10 seconds with a simple hahn of the Eftpos machine. I wait outside in the night for like 15 minutes, this white old lady saw me standing there thrice and ignored then she left me and kept waiting for another 10 minutes I had three youngs served before me even tho I was the first in the line.
