Awful will never use this pub again. I’m a type 2 diabetic and a vegetarian. I have to be careful what I eat. I asked to alter something on the menu which was really easy and they weren’t busy I was told point blank I couldn’t alter anything on the menu! All I wanted was a cheese baguette lol! Instead I had to order veggie chilli. I have spent the last two hours on the toilet. The portion was also tiny for £8.95! One member of staff was rude. Please note their response to my review isn’t correct. They did have cheddar cheese because it was being served on other items on the menu. I also never said the portion I received was good. Furthermore I’m spending a second day ill after my visit.
Had a fantastic cowboy burger not a fan of burgers very rarely have one but this was probably the best one ever had the lady cleaning up after meal I side preferred chips in stead of French Frys told just ask and will get chips here's to next time a great all round place
Came on a sunny Tuesday evening, arrived and told that they aren’t doing food for Walkins despite only a handful of people in, too hot apparently. Wanted an ice cream, couldn’t even manage that. I’ll stick to the badgers sett.
I understand that the restaurant is not allowing walk-ins due to the heat, staff shortages, and labor costs. However, as someone who works in hospitality, I was surprised to be turned away when it wasn't very busy.

The food, drinks, prices, and staff were all fantastic. It was a great night out and I highly recommend this restaurant.
