My German friend who I was visiting took me here to experience traditional Bavarian food. We didn't make reservations and this place was packed for the holidays. Lucky to have gotten seated as there were 5 of us but the staff opened up a table. Happy to have experienced the restaurant accommodating considering how busy they were! Food: huge portions!! Food was amazing. Plus i enjoyed the beer! I wish I had room to enjoy dessert. Would love to come back to enjoy Oktoberfest!
I tried their Pils and a Lager, found both very good, and a week later I'm longing for the Lager....a fond memory! Looking back, I honestly feel the Hackleberger Lager is the best beer experience of my life.
Excellent food and service in a very nice environment. We stayed there the last day before the November lock and the quality of food and service were kept to a good standard. Every dish was very pleasant.
