Bräuwirt - Table reservation

The location is very cool. Downtown Weiden is a great little city with a lot going on, and this brewery is located in the middle of it. It has an almost cave like atmosphere, but warm and comfortable at the same time. The food is fairly standard fair, and more expensive than most other places we'd gone. The service was great, very friendly with a German English menu. And our waitress was helpful. Our whole table got the Dunkel and Goulash (which was listed as a house specialty). The food was rich and very filling, and while not bad at all, we'd had a lot better. The atmosphere and service carry this place..but I'd definitely give the food another try. I loved my experience at Bräu Wirt. I ate there multiple times on my trip, and each meal was delicious. My favorite was the schnitzel! The servers were all so kind. I loved sitting outside for a meal then going inside downstairs for evening drinks. Looking forward to the next visit!

Great real German atmosphere with a friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the goose with potatoes and red cabbage, with a fine gravy. Fantastic bock beer and nice salad. Would highly recommend for a nice quiet dinner!

Attention, fast and nice controls. Pleasant beer specialities. My white sausages were as they were supposed to be, and the other dishes also looked delicious... here's what's gonna be praised.

The schnitzel was nice, but the waitress spilt beer all over our baby and did not apologise or help clean up. I find the service rude and unhelpful. Food is okay but I will not be back
