Amazing Restaurant! My wife and I had our wedding there and the service was flawless. The atmosphere and help by the staff was awesome. The food was INCREDIBLE! The chef made sure all dietary preferences were taken care of also which he didn't have to do. Shoutout to Deena also who was an amazing organizer of the event and made sure it went through without a hitch. The entire staff went above and beyond to be completely honest so we will be returning every year if we can. We used to dine in at this restaurant before the pandemic. This was our first time of dine-in for many years. The first thing we encountered was no more outdoor parking in front of the restaurant (now garage . The 2nd thing was to have more outdoor dining tables (nice! . While the service was very good, the foods were hit-and-miss. Piri piri chicken was highly regarded in OpenTable, but we did not like it so much. White miso mushroom was the best dish we had that evening. White miso has sweeter flavors than other types of miso. It worked well with olive oil and cheese. We will try to cook the same dish at home.
Had the shakshuka and was so disappointed. It was more like onion stew with a shallow tasting, insipid tomato sauce. I couldn't use the spoon that came with the dish because of the density of onions.
